Global Credit Consulting Group privacy practices with respect to guarding the confidentiality and security of your personal information. GCCG collects personal information about clients that provide to us from client's initial analysis, application process, and other forms that clients fill out when clients enroll in GCCG's debt settlement program. GCCG does not share any personal information about former clients, or anyone who has received counseling or who has inquired about a debt settlement program except as permitted by law. GCCG may share personal information about clients only to service and maintain clients' account. Therefore, GCCG may share personal information about clients with clients' creditors and with other parties that help us to service and maintain clients' account. GCCG may receive personal information about clients from other parties such as clients' creditors and GCCG does not share that information except to service or maintain your account.

GCCG restricts access to former clients' personal information only to those employees who need to know that information to service and maintain clients' account with GCCG. GCCG also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal requirements to guard clients' personal information.
GCCG fundamentally prohibits any kind of research which requires clients' information including clients' name, address, phone number and financial situation in order to completely protect clients' private information. However, to improve client quality improvement or in limited cases by Pennsylvania or government law, the client information will be disclosed with strict consent form with full explanation of disclosure of client information including purpose, investigator's name, title and department to which they are belong, risks and benefits and full or part of information which will be disclosed. Client's correct signature, date and consent of full understanding for the disclosure of client information are required.
